Copies of Mr. Page's letters to Com̄odore Anson : whilst he lay in the river of Canton with the Centurion & the galleon, before he came up to live with the supracargoes in the factory in October 1743. No. 1. ca. 1765.

Letters are mostly concerned with Anson's attempt to be received by the governor-general of Kwangtung and Kwangsi provinces. Many are in response to letters from Anson. Prefaced by a summary of the East India Company staff arriving at the factory in Sept. and the problems caused by Anson's arrival.
